Having recognised the need for a balance between personal upkeep and personal savings, we believe that the direction for fashion forward is closet-sharing. What this means is simply, realising the cloud concept in your closet; think infinite access to clothing and styles, a lasting yet ever-changing digital wardrobe. Ownership is out, sharing is in.

You are entitled to unlimited free deliveries every month. In each bag, you can pick 4 styles. 

We currently offer sizes XS through XL.

We measure our items according to the contemporary line of sizing as stated above. However, to further understand the fitting of each item, you may refer to our description in relation to each item and/or the reviews left by members of our community. Otherwise, if you prefer physical fitting, we can accommodate via appointments only. You may book your slot at 011-27672932.

Yes! Each parcel comes with a Bundle Pack. To purchase an item, you may leave out the items you intend to purchase out from the Tillata Carrier Bag and just leave down at the Remark column the piece you have purchased. Or, you may simply indicate your purchase via your dashboard .

Yes, you may purchase items on the Shop page at any point like any E-Commerce platform. Select your items and proceed to the Checkout page.

Billing

The payment channel has been contracted to SenangPay. SenangPay will be processing all your payments. Payment can be done via, VISA, Mastercard and FPX for all transactions.

We accept payments by Visa, MasterCard and FPX for all transactions.

The nature of Tillata is on subscription basis. Therefore you will be billed on the following date of the month you subscribed to. In the event you decide to purchase an item, you will be charged separately according to the prevailing price on the website. 

There is no minimum commitment. You may effectively cancel your subscription upon returning all the items you are holding 1 week before the current billing period to avoid additional fees. Please note that a cancellation is not effective and we will continue charging for the plan if you fail to return the items within the same billing cycle of the cancellation month. We will effectively cancel your subscription upon the return of all items. Cancellation can be done via your dashboard.

Clothing Care

We place heavy emphasis on the hygiene of our clothing very dearly. To ensure our clothes are properly cleaned, washed, and inspected, our team is subjected to a strict SOP. This is ensured by our products remains in its Class-A condition.

All garments are properly hung on our conveyor storage before they get shipped out. However, due to handling and transit, the condition may not be as pristine as it is intended to be all the time. But be rest assured that, a simple iron would be as good as new.

Not at all. All you have to do is just return the clothes in the Tillata Carrier Bag. And we will take care of the nitty gritty!

Delivery and Return

 For next day delivery, all orders must be made before 2 pm. Upon the confirmation of delivery, you will receive a text from our logistic partner. However, if you do not receive it, please drop us an email at hello@tillata.com.my .

You may keep all the items into our Tillata Carrier Bag and set a pick-up date from your dashboard.

Kindly follow the steps below:

  1. Please refer to your email for the Tracking No. sent by Our Team.
  2. Kindly write down the Tracking No. on the consignment sheet that was sent to you.
  3. Slot the consignment sheet back into the visible folder, please ensure that the Tracking No. is correct, this is to prevent any mishandling.
  4. Woolah, we will notify you when the courier has been arranged to pick up your returns.

Free Unlimited Deliveries

Note that, RM138 gives you unlimited looks every month. 

At the moment, we may not be able to reach out to all corners of Malaysia just yet! However, we do ship outside Klang Valley. 

With our logistics partner, we will do our best to have the items delivered within 48-72 hours from the time of order. Similarly, that would be the approximate pick up period for return as well.

Our logistic partners will only deliver items on Saturday. No pick-ups will be done over the weekends.

Every month you are entitled to 2 new looks. However, if you wish to obtain more looks, you are most definitely entitled! However, you are entitled to only hold on to 2 looks at all times. Therefore, you will be required to return all items from your initial 2 looks in exchange for subsequent 2 looks.  

Please note that, you are required to fill up your primary address and secondary address upon registering. We will by default, deliver to and picked up from your primary address unless you select the items to be delivered or picked up at the secondary address. However in the event, you wish to change your address, you may do it through ‘EDIT” from your personal dashboard.

Yes you will be able to track your shipment. You may track it via https://www.titusexpress.com/.

Damage and Losing

If an item is lost, kindly indicate it on the “Remark” column in our Bundle Pack. We may have to charge you 100% of the retail price as stated on the website. Therefore, we highly recommend that you do not lend your items from us to your friends and/or even wash them to avoid losing these items.

We have a team of professional launderette to remove normal stains. However, in the unfortunate event that such stains cannot be removed, you may be charged 100% of the retail price as stated in the website. Therefore we highly recommend that you take good care of our clothes as we place our trust in you with our delicate pieces and in return, kindly respect us and the community by handling the pieces with care.

We have a team of tailors to mend any normal wear and tear. “Normal wear and tear” encompasses minor stains, rips, missing beads, stuck zippers or other minor damages salvageable by ordinary tailoring methods. If the items you have returned to us are damaged beyond normal wear and tear, then you may be charged 100% of the retail price as stated on the website. Therefore we highly recommend that you take good care of our clothes as we place our trust in you with our delicate pieces and in return, kindly respect us and the community by handling the pieces with care.

If you have misplaced or lost the Tillata Carrier Bag during the rental period, you may contact us at hello@tillata.com.my and we will make necessary arrangement. However, there will be a RM100 penalty cost for the replacement of Tillata Carrier Bag. Therefore, we recommend that you take good care of Tillata Carrier Bag at all times.

If you have misplaced or lost the Tillata Carrier Bag, do contact us at hello@tillata.com.my .

Please note that, you have an allowance of 12 hours to inform us of any damage of the items you have received(if any) upon receiving your items. You may inform us by way of email at hello@tillata.com.my or whatsapp us at [+60169092032]. If you do not inform us within the stipulated time, it is mutually deemed that the items received by you are in good condition.

Purchase of Items

If you wish to purchase the items from your Tillata Carrier Bag, you may indicate your purchase on our Bundle Pack under the “Remark” session and/or purchase via your dashboard.

Yes, we have in-house tailors who would be more than happy to alter your purchases. However, this can only be done via appointments only. For any appointments, please drop us an email at hello@tillata.com.my . Most certainly!

How do I exchange my parcel?

You may schedule your pick-up date from your dashboard. You may keep the items that you wish to return the Tillata Carrier Bag.
Upon receiving your items in our Tillata Playhouse, you will be entitled to select fresh items and add them into your wardrobe! [Refer to Section D on“How to Return”]

Can I purchase items I received? You may purchase any item. You may leave out the items you wish to purchase out from Tillata Carrier Bag and just leave down at the Remark column the piece you intend to purchase. Or you may simply indicate your purchase via your dashboard.
Can I purchase item that is not in the bag? Yes, you may purchase items on the “Shop” page at any point like any E-Commerce platform. Select the items you wish to purchase and proceed to the "Checkout Page".
 

Tillata Xtra gives you the versatility for you to wear more than 2 styles a month! Tillata Xtra works as a top-up for your choices and selections for each month!  However, PLEASE NOTE that you are only entitled to hold on to 2 styles at all times, you will be required to return your existing items before you are eligible for Tillata Xtra. 

As long as you like, provided your subscription is active. We will only charge you once a month and you will never have to pay for shipping fees. We understand that you might want to keep certain items for a longer period of time to wear on different occasions, or to mix and match with your existing wardrobe. Take all the time you need, and when you are ready to receive another box, return your current parcel and your next one will be on its way!
